How to Participate
To qualify for services, you must:
Be a residential customer of California American Water
Participate in California American Water’s Customer Assistance Program or be a multifamily property with a large percentage of low-income tenants
Be eligible for Pacific Gas & Electric Company’s Energy Savings Assistance Program
