Sustainability Scorecard

At RHA, we believe climate justice is social justice, everyone has a role in the environmental movement, and protecting the planet often means working collectively and amplifying the voices of those who have been unheard and disproportionately impacted. From emissions reduced to lives changed, we couldn’t do any of it without the support of clients, partners and employees. Thank you for making this impact possible!

Climate Forward Team

As a part of our dedication to protecting the plant, RHA is proactive in reducing our environmental footprint. Our Climate Forward Team brings together employee expertise to identify no- and low-cost energy and water efficiency improvements and other waste reduction opportunities at RHA and provide our team with education and volunteer opportunities. Thus far, the Climate Forward Committee has conducted audits of our four office locations to identify ways to boost efficiency and reduce waste, held employee Lunch & Learns on topics including reducing individual consumption and incentives available to make home upgrades more affordable, and encouraged staff participation in community activities, such as the California Coastal Clean-up Day.
