RHA worked with a collaborative public-private partnership in Menlo Park, CA to provide program management and assistance to two low-income households for comprehensive energy retrofits. By coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring effective documentation and communication, RHA helped improve the energy efficiency and comfort of these homes.

One of the program beneficiaries shared her experience, “Electrifying my house was a great decision, both economically and environmentally. I want people in Belle Haven and beyond to know that making these changes to your home is possible and beneficial to families and communities.”

The retrofits will reduce hundreds of dollars each year off these homeowners’ energy bills.
