The California Public Utilities Commissioner visited families in the Fairmead and Le Grand communities to discuss the upgrades they received through the San Joaquin Valley Disadvantaged Communities Pilot (SJV DAC). The families were hospitable and happy to show their upgrades. Since 2019, the SJV DAC program has served 493 homes and fully electrified 282 homes.

RHA worked with a collaborative public-private partnership in Menlo Park, CA to provide program management and assistance to two low-income households for comprehensive energy retrofits. The Job Aids offer installers quick, easy to access checklists and best practices for on-the-job installations.
