The LEARN Program

Offering Clean Energy Education

To help California achieve a carbon-free future, SDG&E has adopted increased energy-savings goals. Understanding these critical efforts require a properly skilled workforce and an educated consumer base, in 2024 RHA launched a no-cost energy efficiency and electrification education and training program on behalf of SDG&E.

The LEARN Program offers live and recorded online webinars and self-paced micro-learning to workers wanting to enhance their energy efficiency and decarbonization skills (e.g., contractors, architects, engineers, etc.) and SDG&E customers (homeowners, property owners, tenants, landlords, etc.). RHA is also forming collaborations with colleges and trade schools to promote training and provide resources to help instructors and students.
