Kristen brings over 14 years of experience in program management and operations. She offers customized support to program managers, driving subcontractor supply chain management and identifying internal and external process improvements companywide. Kristen also monitors, coordinates, administers, and oversees contract compliance for all RHA programs.
Since 2011, Kristen has served in various internal and client-facing operational roles at RHA affording her a wealth of exposure to program design, implementation, and analysis across many different service offerings. This experience gives her a strong understanding of program needs and how to effectively troubleshoot, pivot, and enhance programmatic success through logistical refinement, systems integration, and data-driven approaches.
A solutions-oriented manager, she is skilled at working with cross-functional teams to ensure actionable results. Kristen holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College.
